Containment Of My Air Contained On Canvas

Realizing the balloon's likenesses to the human body (both shrink in size and skin looses firmness overtime), I placed inflated balloons onto a stretched canvas to construct a self-portrait titled Containment of my Air Contained on Canvas. The canvas, like the jar, ensures the breath's existence and places the balloon into an art context. The balloon, about the same size and shape of the human head, is hung and displayed at my height.
